Identify the exact material
Send the chemical name and CAS number, or the polymer family and grade. Include purity, concentration, physical form and intended application. For a polymer, provide melt flow index together with the test temperature and load when these are part of your specification.
Define quantity and packaging
State the shipment quantity and preferred bags, drums, IBC tanks or bulk format. Add whether you need pallets and any container-loading requirement. Published packaging is a reference; the actual shipment configuration is confirmed with the offer.
Request the right documents
Ask for the current Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) relevant to the requested grade. Tell the team which test methods, specification limits and destination requirements your quality team needs to review.
Specify destination and delivery
Include the destination country, city or port, required delivery date and preferred Incoterms. Clarify which freight and delivery costs should be included in the quotation.
Compare equivalent specifications
Compare offers for the same grade, unit, purity, packaging, delivery basis and date. Published market benchmarks provide context; they do not replace a shipment quotation. A CFR assessment and an FOB assessment have different delivery bases.
Send a product-specific inquiry
Open the relevant product page and use its Email or WhatsApp button. The prepared message includes that product name and fields for your question, quantity, packaging, destination and delivery requirements.
