It can be used to control the ventricular rate of atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation with poor curative effect of digitalis. It can also be used for refractory premature contractions to improve the symptoms of patients.

Reduce the outflow tract pressure of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, relieve symptoms of angina, palpitations.

Characteristic

It has a better curative effect on patients with hypertension accompanied by high cardiac output or high plasma renin level, and its antihypertensive effect is enhanced when combined with diuretics (hydrochlorothiazide, etc.).
