Applications

1. Tranexamic acid is mainly used for various bleeding caused by hyperfibrinolysis.

2. It is suitable for organ trauma or surgical bleeding rich in plasminogen activators, such as the prostate, urethra, lung, brain, uterus, adrenal gland, and thyroid gland.

3. Used as an antagonist of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA), streptokinase and urokinase excessive bleeding.

4. It is suitable for induced abortion, premature separation of placenta (placental abruption), intrauterine fetal death (stillbirth) and fibrinolytic bleeding caused by amniotic fluid embolism, and menorrhagia with pathological local.
